TVSEF is comprised of children, coaches, and parents who together form a skiing & snowboarding community.  Athletes are trained, prepared, and supported for the level of competitive advancement that they seek.  TVSEF offers exciting programs for multiple skill levels, ages and disciplines.TVSEF follows the United States Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA) guidelines on athlete development.


TVSEF’s Alpine program is comprised of Alpine Development “Devo” Team that is typically an athlete’s first experience skiing with a coach and is focused on fun, Alpine Development Race for athletes who have been on the Devo Team for at least two years and want to learn race fundamentals and the Alpine Race Team for athletes who are getting more serious about skiing and ski racing.


The Freeride programs are comprised of the Freeski Development Team for athletes who have at least two years of experience skiing with a coach and want to focus more on all mountain skiing and learning how to do tricks in the terrain park and on natural features and the Freeride Team, which is a comprehensive training program to develop expert skiers with specialized training for tricks in terrain park, on natural features and an introduction to competition.


The Snowboard Development Team is designed for intermediate shredders who are learning snowboarding fundamentals while the Snowboard Team is for the intermediate to advanced riders who are refining fundamentals and technique while being introduced to competitions.
